Choo choo........

Snowdon.  No, we didn't, before you ask :)

Oscar admires the train.

What a view.....

More interesting climbing the seat than the amazing views.....

Oscar loved the train, now its time for an adventure.

Who says Wales isn't stunning?  Not me.

Finally mum agrees to take one of dad and Oscar.

Even Tess gets in on the act.

Amazing.

Oscar with his normal point and "Sat?" - meaning, "What's that?".  Probably a tractor.

So we reach Wales.  Today we decide to go on the steam train to Beddgelert - turned out to be a fantastic day, weather was amazing and the sights even more so.

Fun with the Burges

Oscar and mum grab a cuddle at the beach.  A bit windy today!

Oscar forces out a smile.

Sharon prepares for the worst.....

Matthew looks pleased to be going out for a walk.

Lucas looks like he is well up for a walk.

Oscar does his best to escape, but resistance is futile.

The boys in the back of the bus - all looking suitably distracted.

Oscar putting his feet up during a day out.....you comfy there son?

Sorry it has taken so long for the updates, but we were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of photos we took on holiday!  Finally got around to doing it and have had to leave a load out just so I can get this done in one night!  We started our holiday up north near Chorley, with the Burges (Neil, Sharon, Matthew and Lucas, oh, and Stanley!).  We had a really fab time - thanks guys, especially putting us up for so long during your holidays.  We were then sufficiently rested to tackle camping in Wales :)

Real Tractors!

And in a JCB!

In a bid to distract Oscar from his fall, we take him to play on some REAL tractors!!!

Tractor time

Mum and dad wonder how long its going to last!

Getting the hang of it.

Oscar's second word was tractor. So out go mum and dad in search of one for him to play with. Auntie Donna comes up trumps with this new red tractor!

Oscar falls over!

Surprise surprise!

Dr Evil.

Cute as a button, watching waybulloo.

Poor little man was playing in the puddles again today, leans forward, loses balance and ends up face first in the puddle, poor little man. Another face full of mud all over over his face and some little scratches. Can't work out if he 1) is a clumsy sod, 2) he wants to look hard in nursery or 3) he wants other people to look accusingly at mum and dad in the supermarket

Stuffing the face

Cheeky man.

Cookie monster

Future best man speech material?

Put some pants on son.... Check out Alice P in the background.

First word and fun at the swings

Fun on the swings with Dad (check out the video below).

On top of the world.

The boys having fun.

Peekaboo!

Easy tiger....

Oscar riding the horse.

Butter wouldn't melt.

Oscar's first word was "Duck". He was walking past the O2 shop with a massive rubber duck in the window. He might have said "F**K", (look at the size of that duck), but we reckon it was just "DUCK". Here he is with his ducks at home.

King of the swingers

Check out Oscar playing on the swing in Orwell. About half way through he starts chatting away to himself, adorable :)

Breakfast time with dad

North Wales

Nan and Oscar have fun with Daddy's camera..... :(

Yes, Oscar is VERY heavy!

Family portrait with Great Grandma.

Cute as!

Oscar and Uncle Cliff.

Oscar all smiles with Auntie Marg.

Oscar has a good stare at the birds, from behind bars....

Oscar stares him out despite the squirrel coming back for some more! Good job he is on a lead.

Oscar gets up close and personal with a squirrel. Oscar goes for his nuts :)

Today we decided to go into Chester for a walk. The photos don't do justice to how crap the weather was! We went for a walk in the park then off to see Auntie Margaret and Uncle Cliff. Then off to see Great Grandma - turned into a full on weekend!
